Refund Policy

1. Current Status

At this stage, payment checkout is not live yet. Early access requests are free and do not involve payment. This refund policy will apply once payment checkout becomes available.

2. Report Not Delivered

If payment succeeds but the digital report is not delivered, the user may request redelivery or a refund. Please contact billing@lingchiai.com with your order details.

3. Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error, the user may request a correction or refund for the extra charge.

4. Technical Issues

If the generated report is technically unavailable or corrupted, the user may request redelivery. If redelivery is not possible, a refund may be issued.

5. Digital Product Nature

Since this is a digital report, refunds after successful delivery are reviewed case by case. We do not offer automatic refunds for digital reports that have been delivered and accessed.

6. No Guarantee of Business Results

The report does not guarantee commercial results, revenue, or business growth. Therefore, "dissatisfaction due to not making money" is not an automatic reason for refund.

7. Payment Provider Rules

Refund approval may depend on payment provider rules once checkout is live. We will follow applicable refund policies of the payment provider in use.
